Professor Jin-Ho Park
Department of Architecture – Inha University, South Korea

as a distinguished member of our Advisory and Honorary Boards.

Professor Park is an internationally recognised scholar whose research explores the intersection of architecture, mathematics, and computational design. He has advanced knowledge in symmetry and proportion, formal theories, shape grammars, and digital fabrication, offering new perspectives for resilient and adaptive urban design. His recent book, Architectural and Urban Subsymmetries (Springer, 2022), and Rudolph M. Schindler's Unbuilt Architecture: Design theory, languages, and methods toward space making (Routledge, 2026) represent a significant contribution to the integration of mathematical logic with architectural and urban forms.

In addition to authoring influential publications, Professor Park serves as Corresponding Editor of the Nexus Network Journal and Contributing Editor of Open House International, both prominent international journals. His research achievements, widely recognised with prestigious awards, continue to shape innovative approaches in architectural design and sustainability.
